CREDIT CARD ORDERS
$25.00 minimum. Please provide us with your Account Number, Expiration Date, Phone Number and Name, as it appears on your card.[Return to top]

DEALER ORDERS
Dealer orders are welcome! Special discounts will be granted to bona fide dealers.[Return to top]

DELIVERY
All items are shipped F.O.B. Eastlake, Ohio via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise specified. All shipments are subject to a $1.00 handling charge.[Return to top]

EXPORT ORDERS
All export shipments under $100 are subject to a $10.00 handling charge. Payment must be arranged with our sales department prior to shipping.[Return to top]

GUARANTEES
All items are fully guaranteed. Some manufacturers warranties may vary. We will either replace, refund or extend full credit for any defective items returned within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. Please advise us promptly upon discovering any defect. To facilitate the issuance of credit, give the date and invoice number of your purchase. MAIL & PHONE ORDERS
Special attention is given and orders are shipped within 24 hours. To facilitate delivery, please give Part Number and Page Number of each item ordered.[Return to top]

MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order must be $25.00. We accept check, money order, VISA and MASTER card. Cash sales require no minimum.[Return to top]

NEW ACCOUNTS
We require (3) credit references to open a new account. When immediate delivery is required please include a check with your initial order, or allow for C.O.D. shipment.[Return to top]

RESPONSIBILITY
The value of the defective item is the limit of our liability.[Return to top]

RETURNS
Any item (except Special Order) may be returned for credit within 30 days from date of purchase, if unused and in original condition. A 10% restocking charge will apply. On non-stock items, we reserve the right to pass on any charge imposed by the Manufacturer, unless the merchandise is proven defective. Please notify us and receive a return authorization number before returning. Also include copy of HQT Billing Invoice or Packaging Invoice.[Return to top]

SPECIAL ORDERS
Orders to be manufactured to your CUSTOM SPECIFICATIONS may not be canceled without specific permission and are subject to possible cancellation charges.[Return to top]

TERMS
Our terms are NET 30 days. Accounts that are 45 days old are past due and put on hold. No new orders are shipped to these accounts until they are brought up to date.[Return to top]
